Exceptional events, fantastic food, no glitches!

Soup and toast Canapés

When you’re planning an event there is always a list as long as your arm of things that need to be done. When there is more than one person involved in the planning, things start to slip through the gaps – "I thought you were doing that!"

It doesn’t have to be that way.

If you put an expert in charge, you’ll find we’ve thought of everything – and know exactly how to ensure you can enjoy your event without worrying about the details.

Whether you'd like a 5 course dinner, created by our chef (who has worked in Michelin starred establishments), or a few nibbles to go with cocktails: you choose!

Find out more about what we can do for your wedding, those special occasions, your business events, or how we can turn your plan into an extraordinary event that people will talk about for years to come!

It was a pleasure to deal with someone who so clearly loves her job. I was made to feel that our wedding was as important to you as it was to us, and this was reflected in the excellent service we received. All the guests commented on how lovely all your staff were. If in the future I am ever in need of a catering company I would not even consider anyone else!

Top Tips
Odds and ends
  • To check the quality of raw beans put them in water. If they sink they’re good; if they float thrown them away.
  • To dress salad evenly pour the dressing down the sides of the bowl rather than directly onto the salad.
  • When making Shepherd’s pie or Cottage pie place a layer of cream crackers or Pringles on top of the meat and vegetables so that they absorb the sauce and keep the mashed potatoes fluffy and dry.
