Business events that leave you to get on with business

Salmon Canapés

It doesn't matter how big or small your organisation is, there will be times when you need some help. Even if it's a brainstorming meeting for four you'll need to eat at some point – and there's nothing worse than having everyone rush out to get lunch, only to be distracted by the email, telephone messages and other members of the team.

If you have something bigger to impress your clients, suppliers, business partners – or to say thank you to the team for a successful project – it's really not good business to divert your key players into event management roles, when they would be more fruitfully occupied exercising their special skills on what they do best.

You can have simply food, a full catering service or the whole event managed and delivered from start to finish for:

Or any other kind of event you want help to produce.

Thank you for the breakfast catering you arranged for my seminar on Monday. Both the food and its presentation were great – your chef, Chris, was already there when I arrived and sorted the whole thing. I got some very positive comments about the food from my delegates.

The freshest fish
  • To ensure you get the best quality of fish choose a fishmonger who supplies local restaurants.
  • Fresh fish should have a firm texture. To check push your fingers into the flesh; if the indentations stay there the fish is not really fresh.
  • Check the brightness of the scales and the pinkness of the gills, the eyes must be clear, bright and not sunken – and the tail of a really fresh fish will be stiff.
