Hogroast

A hogroast is more than just an alternative to a barbeque; hogroasts can be part of a wedding menu or a corporate event. They're always a talking point and the aroma of roasting, succulent meat ensures that your guests are ready to eat when the chef starts to carve!

A full-sized hog can be enough for 100 people or more, but if you have a smaller group then a suckling pig is just what you need or perhaps some tasty lamb. You'll still get perfectly cooked tender meat with wonderful crispy crackling and apple sauce to enhance it.

You can order up just the hog with a chef who'll carve and serve the meat up, or have starters, desserts, salads and other dishes – hot or cold – to complement your roast. Talk to us about the vision you have of your event and we'll help you turn it into reality. Your guests will never forget it!

Cooking perfect veg
  • Stop brussels sprouts falling apart during cooking – cut a 'X' in the stalk end with a sharp knife before cooking.
  • To keep cauliflower white whilst cooking add lemon juice to the water.
  • To protect the tips of asparagus whilst steam cooking wrap them in foil.
