Break out the champagne!

Champagne Buffet

When you've spent months developing your latest product or service you definitely want the world to know about it! The problem is that your project teams are probably ready for a rest, not for running yet another project. And a launch is exactly that – a project!

If you'd like to ensure your launch goes down in history as something special you'll find a little bit (or a lot) of experience, expertise and enthusiasm will ensure your guests are suitably impressed.

Whether it's a few nibbles for a small group or a big event with bells and whistles you can have as much or as little help as you need from full project management to simply hiring in a bar attendant and some glasses.

You can choose a menu from canapés to a spectacular buffet or sit down meal. You decide and we deliver!

Talk to us about what you'd like your guests to leave thinking of your organisation and we'll make sure their expectations are exceeded. All it takes is a phone call – 01245 494087.

Top Tips
Taste good, look good shellfish
  • Always place crabs in cold water and heat up to cook; this keeps the legs attached to the body for a perfect presentation.
  • When your crab is cooked and cold remove the 'dead man's fingers', these are the gills and have a bad taste, there are 5 on each side of the inner body.
  • Attach your lobster to a plank of wood (not pine) before cooking to keep the tail straight.
