Top Tips
Egg-xactly!
  • If you have trouble peeling hard boiled eggs, crack the shells and soak them in cold water for a minute or two and the shells will split off easily.
  • If you've undercooked a boiled egg just pop the top back on, wrap in cling film and place gently back in the pan to finish cooking.
  • For perfect scrambled eggs don’t add salt or pepper before cooking (it encourages them to separate) and cook them on as low a heat as possible, stirring for most of the time.
